Data Deletion Instructions

At AJAW TECHNOLOGIES (“Company,” “we,” “us,” and “our“) respect your right to privacy and provide a simple process to request the deletion of your personal data from our systems related to WhatsApp messaging services.

How to request data deletion

1. Via WhatsApp:

Send a message from the same registered phone number to our official number +1 (939) 845 68 35 with the keyword “unsuscribe”.

You will receive an automatic confirmation, and our team will process your request.

2. Via Email:

Send an email to unsuscribe@ajawmrp.com from the same registered phone number and include the subject line:
“Personal Data Deletion Request”

Process and timeline

  • We will confirm receipt of your request within 72 hours.

  • We will delete your data within a maximum of 15 business days.

  • You will receive a confirmation message once the process is complete.

Data that will be deleted

  • Name, phone number, and any data provided through our WhatsApp conversations.

  • Appointment history, orders, or inquiries associated with your account.

Exceptions

We may retain information only when required for:

  • Legal obligations (e.g., invoicing or compliance).

  • Dispute resolution or fulfillment of previous contractual agreements.

Once these obligations have been met, your data will be permanently deleted.

Important notes

  • This process does not delete messages stored in your own WhatsApp account; it only removes data from our internal systems.

  • If you wish to use our services again after deletion, you will need to register again.
